COURSEWORK PHOTOS

How to use photographs in coursework

1. Ask yourself "why" you are including the photograph. Is it showing evidence of a point you are trying to make?

  • Does it help you to compare the 2 different sites?
  • Can it be used in your methods section, eg to show footpath erosion measurement, or your results section, to show facilities, views etc?

2. Always label your photograph clearly - is it Beechenhurst or Symonds Yat?

3. Annotate the photograph, making sure that you pick out the features you are trying to show clearly.
